What does it take to get a job with Discovery Communications?

My dream job is to be a Marketing or Project Coordinator for Discovery Communications. I have applied to several similiar postings over the past year with no response. I am qualified for the jobs I apply for (B.S. in Marketing, internship at a television network, 2 yrs marketing experience) and I am a great employee with excellent references, I just don’t know what I could possibly being doing wrong. I have had several offers from other large companies recently, but I haven’t accepted them becuase I just can’t give up on my dream job yet.

Try getting an internship at other places simular to the discovery communications. Try doing a job simular to it untill you can get into your dream job. So you can have a job that you will make money off untill you get your dream job.
